The iPhone 12 Pro seems to be among the public's favorites — 2022

After a brilliant fourth quarter of 2020 for Apple in terms of financial results, today it is confirmed that the iPhone 12 Pro could be responsible. One of the most prestigious analysts in the production chain has pointed out that the company has been seen obliged to reinforce the production of this equipment. These values are also accompanied by the iPhone 13 assembly forecast. We tell you all the details below.

Modifications in the supply chain of the iPhone 12

Supply chain analyst Willian Yang has made several modifications to his manufacturing forecasts. These logically affect the equipment that is currently being produced, such as the iPhone 12, but also for the iPhone 13. In the first and second quarters of 2021, the construction forecasts for the iPhone 12 Pro and the iPhone 12 remain unchanged. 56 and 41 million units respectively.

But when it comes to the combination of devices, the analyst has retouched the manufacturing figures for the iPhone 12 Pro Max, iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 11. Above all, the increase in the largest of the family stands out. Specifically, this analyst has reviewed the numbers in 11 million units for the iPhone 12 Pro Max, 2 million for the Pro version and finally 8 million for the iPhone 11.

iPhone 12 Pro Max in Blue

The team that has not finished succeeding without a doubt is theiPhone 12 mini . On this he has had to make a downward correction due to the low sales he is having and the surplus that is being generated. That is why the production of this equipment could be interrupted in the second quarter of 2021. Apparently the small size, sacrificing its battery, has not finished convincing the general public. Something similar has happened with the iPhone 12, although to a lesser extent. This indicates that consumers continue to bet on the company's high ranges, leaving the mid-range a little apart. Similarly, with this last piece of equipment, there is no sign of a halt in production, since although the forecasts are not met, it would continue to be sold. These data help Apple to adjust production to direct it to the best-selling equipment that undoubtedly continues to be the high-end.

Facts about future iPhones

In addition to these data on the production of the iPhone 2020, the analyst has also given data on future mobile equipment. It is of pure logic that the production should start thinking months in advance before the launch. Already the analyst points out that we will not see any type of iPhone SE in 2021 and that the production of the iPhone 13 would amount to 90 million units. This represents an increase with respect to the production of the iPhone 12, which was 76 million.

As for its characteristics, it points to a conservative design, although the four models could finally reduce their notch. This is something still early to say, but in the coming months solid rumors will be emerging about all its features, before they go into production.
